The long legal association of author of this note, Balbir Singh Sooch with elderly Sardar Avtar Singh Gill, Additional District & Sessions Judge (Retired) and with his real brother ĎThe Founder President of ĎSikh Vichar Manch, Sardar Gurbhajan Singh Gill; Deputy Superintendent of Police (Retired); Lived a glorious life from 13 April 1919 TO 14 February 2005 proved informative and useful in day todayís life.



The Canadian government wants the trip to be about far more than the Sikh independence ties. With 1.3 million Indians living in Canada, the community is fast growing and influential both politically and economically in the country as reported.
