Respected Sir,

Since your esteemed Commission deals with the holding of Elections to State Legislative Assemblies and the Parliament, we are approaching it to see that the Electorate are empowered to RECALL their REPRESENTATIVE whom they elect if and when they find that he or she is NOT fulfilling the promises made by him or her and/or not discharging his or her duties properly. In simpler terms, we request the Commission to see that the Electorate is given the RIGHT TO RECALL its elected Representative.

To the best of our knowledge, this RIGHT exists in the following countries:

1. USA 2. CANADA 3.VENEZUELA 4. PHILLIPPINES 5. SWITZERLAND 6. BRITISH COLOMBIA 7. AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND

We understand that this RIGHT has its origin in the ancient Vedic culture and it is known as RAJDHARMA. We further understand that Shri. SOMNATH CHATTERJEE, the Lok Sabha Speaker and eminent Neta Jaya Prakashji were strong advocates of this Right.

It is our fond and fervent hope that our plea with not be one in wilderness.

We thank you in anticipation.

Yours truly,

S.M.PASHA
