After giving a long speech on law and order, disrupted rules and regulations, blatant corruption, and poor governance in a TV talk show of an abrasive female comparer; Sh Rashid started puffing cigar in the background as if the anti smoking law his government introduced four years ago was not applicable on him. Some one should remind him that mere speech on obeying rules is not enough if he cannot apply it on himself. The comparer of the talk show should have taken note of it and firmly asked him not to smoke in her show. After all, she is known for taunting her guests.
