3 ma y 2010 a tenant Iqbal Ranja, Shabiar, Asif and Shakeel were present in civil court in Rayiam yar khan. Police arrested them and put in the jail. The police claimed that the land lord Main Imtiaz and Main Munir registered a case against these peasants of crop stealing. When this news heard the peasants in their villages in 95/p, 93/p and 98/p. they all men, women and children gathered in the main chowk of the village 95/p in the evening. They protested and condemn the unfair and illegal arrest. Anjuman Muzareen Youth force broke three tractors and punctured the tiers of land lords. Youth force also locked the land lord house. After this incident the president Anjuman Muzareen of Rayiam yar khan settled and controls the situation.

This group reached Rayaim yar khan 26 May 2010. The local AMP Group gave warm welcome to them. That evening they gathered in main bazer of Chak 95/p and unanimously decided that they should not give wheat share to Government and also Main Muneer. They made strategy that we would all gathered in one place youth force of men and thapa (washing club) force of women and started form one side to collect the wheat crop till end. In this way the peasants took all wheat crops their lands without any hesitation. Founder of the Movement Younis Iqbal reached Rayaim Yar Khan on 1st June 2010 in Rabert Farm. The local units of the three villages received with warm welcome.
He explained and gave detail all Punjab units situation. The peasants men and women told their achievements about wheat collecting.
Younis Iqbal appreciate their struggle and told the next policy. They all agreed and thanked Anjuman Muzareen Punjab of this sport.
On the 3 June, 2010 high court Bahwel pur granted stay order in the favor of peasants. Advocate Rashid Rahman is handling legal work. He and his legal team are sure that they will win the case in the favor of peasants Anjuman Muzareen Punjab.
The district and session judge deputed as a inquire officer, he called land lord Main Muneer etc and Peasants of the Rebort Farm. He provide chance to both parties to give proof and document about the Rebort Farm. He also called police and Revnu department he took action against the police and order to put off police check post from Chak 95/p.
On 6 june, 2010 district and session judge Muhammad Sadiqe Gojar visited the village Chak 95/p, he asked the peasants to keep peace I shall send the detail report to Supreme
Court of Pakistan.
