WHAT: Monster Rock Orchestra is a free show that combines hit songs, an orchestra and lasersto create a face-melting musical extravaganza at Yonge-Dundas Square on October 7!

"The combination of the monstrous wind orchestra the Mississauga Pops, riveting rock band Last Bullet, followed by the rock-orchestra love child that is Monster Rock Orchestra, collides with lasers and results in a face-melting experience," says Vikas Kohli, Artistic Director of MRO.

INFO: Monster Rock Orchestra is tuned and ready to set Thanksgiving weekend in motion for their 5th annual show. Each year Monster Rock Orchestra combines hit songs, with a live orchestra and an out-of-this-world laser show, for an experience unlike any other in downtown tomorrow. This yearís show provides music fans the added bonus of indie rock band Last Bulletís first-ever public performance of their exciting new single, Southern Lips. The evening begins with music from the award-winning 55-piece wind orchestra, Mississauga Pops, who play rock and pop hits spanning decades, ranging from Pharell's "Happy" to Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean." Last Bullet, a rock band from Toronto, have toured all across Canada and whose sound is comparable to the likes of Guns N' Roses and Theory of a Deadman, ramp up the energy next. The show culminates with the signature act, the love child of an orchestra and a rock band, Monster Rock Orchestra.
